Wicked Intentions - Elizabeth Hoyt *Insert title here* is quite different from the typical historical romance, without a TSTL heroine nor a reformed rake for a hero. Best of all, the writing is exceptionally engaging and descriptive without seeming overdone or tedious at all.

I thought Wicked Intentions would finally give me the chance to start my review with that opening. Disappointingly, Wicked Intentions is dreadfully boring, unoriginal, predictable, and entirely forgettable. And don't get me started on the names. Seriously. I'll never stop.

I'll still continue with the series, however. I'm fairly interested in the rest of the siblings, and Winter in particular. I'll save these books for a perfect spring day, when I'm feeling more forgiving and less crabby.
